These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AutostoreTint website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.1 Definitions:

• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to AutostoreTint.
• "You", "Your" refers to the customer.
• "Products" refers to the removable window tints and related items we sell.

1.2 Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

2.1 Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

2.2 Pricing: All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

2.3 Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, PayPal and bank transfers. Payment is due at the time of order.

3.1 Shipping Policy:

• We ship to Singapore addresses only.
• Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days.
• Express shipping (additional fee) delivers within 1-2 business days.
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

3.2 Delivery Issues: You must inspect your package upon delivery. Report any damage within 48 hours of receipt.

3.3 International Orders: Currently, we only ship within Singapore. International shipping may be available in the future.

4.1 Return Policy:

• Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Opened products are not eligible for return unless defective.
• Custom-cut tints are non-returnable unless defective.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4.2 Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

5.1 Limited Warranty: Our products come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

5.2 Warranty Coverage: The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover:

• Damage from improper installation
• Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect
• Normal wear and tear
• Improper cleaning or maintenance

5.3 Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, contact us with proof of purchase and photos of the defect.

6.1 Installation:

• Our products are designed for DIY installation.
• We provide detailed installation instructions with each order.
• Professional installation is recommended for optimal results.

6.2 Proper Use: Our tints are designed for automotive use only. Using them for other purposes may void the warranty.

6.3 Legal Compliance: It is your responsibility to ensure our products comply with local regulations regarding window tinting.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutostoreTint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our products
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our website
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful components

Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use and protect your personal data.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
